Bundling several items together yields a discount. We do this to encourage complete estate plans for our clients. Please find our individual documents down below.
Will Package
$600 per person
Includes:
- Will: Clearly outlines your wishes for asset distribution.
- General Power of Attorney: Designates someone to manage your finances if you become incapacitated.
- Health Care Power of Attorney: Appoints someone to make medical decisions on your behalf if you're unable to.
- Living Will: Expresses your wishes regarding end-of-life medical care.
- HIPAA Form: Authorizes the release of your protected health information to designated individuals.
Trust Package
$1,900 per person*
Includes:
- Revocable Living Trust: Manages your assets during your lifetime and seamlessly transfers them to your beneficiaries upon your death, avoiding probate. *ADD $500 FOR IRREVOCABLE TRUST*
- Pour-Over Will: Ensures any assets not held in the trust flow through the Trust.
- General Power of Attorney
- Health Care Power of Attorney
- Living Will
- HIPPA Form
- Quitclaim Deed: This allows you to transfer your primary home into the Trust. Additional $42 added for recording costs.
