Will Drafting

Our will drafting and preparation services start at $275 per person. We offer a discount for married couples executing "sweetheart wills."

Trust Formation

Trusts are flexible estate planning instruments that can accomplish many types of estate planning goals, including the avoidance of probate. Our trusts start at $1,000 per person, which tends to be around half of what most North Carolina estate planning firms charge.

Medicaid Asset Protection Trusts (MAPTs)

We can help develop strategies to make sure that some or all of your property is protected as much as possible against government collection. Establishing a MAPT can help qualify you for government-assisted long-term care as well as ensure that your assets go to your intended beneficiaries upon your passing.

Durable Power of Attorney

By having a durable power of attorney, you can enjoy the peace of mind of knowing that someone will be able to “take the reins” of your financial affairs should you become temporarily or permanently incapacitated. You can name someone you trust to act as your power of attorney.

Healthcare Power of Attorney (HCPOA)

An HCPOA functions similarly to a durable power of attorney. Your chosen HCPOA will be able to make medical decisions on your behalf if you are incapacitated and unable to make those decisions yourself.
