Our Attorneys

Kevin founded NC Wills and Trusts on a simple premise: to make Estate Planning more accessible to local North Carolina families.  After five years of heading up the Estate Planning practices at several prominent Triangle law firms, Kevin saw how much other triangle firms charges for their services.  Trusts at $2,000-$4,000 simply drove too many families away from the best way to do estate planning.  Kevin thoroughly believes that everyone should have a trust, or at the minimum, a will.  To make Estate Planning more available to all North Carolinians, he founded NC Wills and Trusts.

Kevin is a native of Raleigh, NC.  He spends most of his free time helping his wife, Emily chase around their two young children.  He is passionate about his church: North Wake Church of Wake Forest, where he volunteers and is very active.  Kevin also loves to play golf when time and duties allow.  Kevin obtained his undergraduate degree from East Carolina University and his Juris Doctor from Campbell Law School.  

Kevin is a member of the North Carolina State Bar and the Wake County Bar Association.
